Federal PACT Act
Since 2021 the PACT Act covers vapes. We register as required, verify age before shipping, use carriers that check ID and collect an adult signature on delivery, never ship through the U.S. Postal Service, and report deliveries to state tax authorities where required.

- Your choice of speed: Standard (1 to 2 days) or Express (1 to 4 hours, never more than half a day) at checkout. Orders of $100 or more ship free and are packed first.
FDA status
The products we sell do not have FDA marketing authorization. The FDA enforces against unauthorized e-cigarettes with warning letters, import seizures and civil penalties.
